About Jessica
My coaching journey began from navigating career transitions and having c-suite aspirations from a very young age.

But I came to notice that people in the D.C area, where I grew up, place a lot of worth in the job title or their level of career success. After engaging in thousands of “So, what do you do for a living?” conversations, I realized there was a trend:
Most people feel inadequate as professionals and leaders, they feel undervalued and underpaid. Most people want to make more impact as leaders in their companies. They just don’t know where to start.

It wasn’t uncommon that after a few minutes of chatting, I’d identify what shift was needed to bring them greater career fulfilment. I found it very easy to co-create a plan that helped them achieve results.
After years of helping clients become more influential leaders, I knew I had a knack for coaching.
